Gary Avigne provides resort and hotel asset management and consulting services through his firm Coventry Hotel Associates, Inc.  For over 25 years, Coventry has engaged in market analysis and investment feasibility assignments, including market research, in-depth analysis of operating results, management oversight on behalf of owners and investors, and strategic planning.

Coplon Associates is an award-winning landscape architecture and planning firm founded in 1987 by Samuel R. Coplon, who has more than 30 years of experience in environmental planning and design.  Concentrating in sustainable design solutions, projects range from large-scale land and institutional master planning to detailed site design.  Coplon received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Tufts University School of Engineering and a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the Graduate School of Design, Harvard University.  He holds a LEED™ design professional accreditation from the US Green Building Council.

Herrington, Inc., a private equity, business advisory and development firm with expertise in assessment, marketing, finance, operations and capital formation, has a twenty-year history of successfully completing real estate projects in for-profit and not-for-profit settings.  Chairman and CEO Phil Herrington brings an esteemed career in finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning and public offerings to his firm, which has established investment partnerships and relationships with distinguished families throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Mayfield Development provides real estate development and market analysis services aimed at creating and implementing communities that reflect traditional neighborhood design principals. David Mayfield has been involved in the design and development of residential and commercial projects for over 30 years.  His blend of design, real estate and construction expertise allows him to assist clients in achieving a comprehensive and integrated approach to projects. Mayfield has professional training in architecture, landscape architecture, urban design and engineering from North Carolina State University, Harvard University and MIT. 

Providence Investors LLC is a mission-driven wealth management company.  Founder and President Deborah A. Ciolfi is a 25-year veteran of the financial services and investment industry and a recognized leader in socially responsible, collaborative investing.  She has 15 years of success as a CEO in asset management for high net worth individuals and families with varied portfolios, including strategic investing, turnarounds, philanthropy and operational oversight.  Ciolfi is expert in structuring successful investment vehicles and business strategies in several fields, including real estate, retail and the food industry.

Jerry Pucillo has over 30 years of real estate development experience with a focus on sustainable best practices. He has developed over 1,000 units of housing and several other asset class development projects and founded Centergreen LLC, a real estate development consulting firm that specializes in sustainable development.  He also provides strategic consulting for private and institutional clients seeking to maximize their real estate assets. In his past positions, including serving as Senior Vice President of the New Boston Fund, CEO of Keen Development Corporation, and Senior VP of the RISE group, Pucillo managed diverse real estate project portfolios.

James Sheldon has served as an independent management and program consultant to environmental foundations and non-profit organizations since 2003.  Over the previous ten-year period, he was executive director of the New York-based Weeden Foundation, manager of conservation planning projects for individual and institutional clients at D. R. Horne & Company, and advisor on river/watershed conservation planning to the National Park Service’s Eastern and Pacific Northwest regional offices.  He holds an undergraduate degree in fine arts from Harvard and master’s degrees in management and environmental studies from Yale University.

Wilfred Sherk Organization Strategies, led by Wil Sherk, provides strategic development; financial analysis and planning; organizational start-up; and Board and Executive Development services for not-for-profit institutions. Sherk has thirty-five years experience as an executive and volunteer leader in the non-profit sector, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of The National Cathedral schools’ foundation in Washington, DC, Chief Financial Officer of Trinity Church Wall Street in New York, and a director of financial management systems and strategic planning at Winterthur Museum in Wilmington, DE.  He is skilled at helping executives and boards increase the capacity of their organizations to improve results and achieve goals in challenging environments.
