The Woodstock Inn & Resort is a charming, luxury four-season resort hotel set within the “Prettiest Small Town in America.” The Woodstock Inn & Resort is owned by the Woodstock Foundation, which was established by Laurance and Mary Rockefeller in 1968 as a means to protect and enhance Woodstock’s natural beauty, vibrant community, and agrarian heritage. As Owner’s Representative, DRH managed a comprehensive renovation of the Inn, including updated guestroom interiors, lobby and event spaces, and construction of a new restaurant, swimming pool, and LEED-certified spa. DRH oversaw all work from conception to design to execution, and worked closely with the Village to secure necessary approvals that conform to historic guidelines.
